Anyone in the UK having trouble with Click & drop? My last order isn't showing up and the status icon is red.
I've still got nothing showing. I have deleted and re-connected my etsy channel as the paperclip was red and i had an error message from Royal Mail. This is now green yet no new orders are showing, its been 30 mins. All my previous orders from this store are now in grey on the orders page instead of the orange etsy logo - so it doesn't look like it is actually connected/communicating with etsy despite the paperclip being green.
Again same here. Orders are doubling in Click and drop dashboard and the Etsy Logo is Grey
Rather annoyingly ended up with duplicate orders for those I had created manually (but not yet marked as complete in Etsy)
However, now seem to be dropping in circa 30-45 mins after order appears in Etsy.
Has anyone seen any recent updates from Etsy regarding this? its a bit worrying that this has effected so many people...

Ok so having read the comments I deleted the original integration and set up a new one which is now showing as green!
I've deleted my old integration and linked a new one, after over an hour it's pulled all of todays orders but only 39/155 yesterday, only orders placed after 20:30 are showing. Please don't tell me i'm going to have to manually input 116 orders? Has anyone had a full days worth come through?
It's only pulled through half of my Etsy orders from both shops.
No problems with the ones from my Shopify website though.
I've just added a new integration and deleted the old one and it's pulled all orders through correctly, almost instantly.
I made a new Click & Drop Integration to Etsy. The link is green but none of my current orders have been imported (it's been about 10 minutes). I have now deleted the old integration. Any idea if the orders from yesterday will get pulled in now?
What a bother! Really don't need to be putting in address/customs info manually! Also, as someone said it doesn't work with IOSS!
Phew! It's now pulled them in! Quite a delay I guess.

We have received confirmation that the issue is being resolved. If your Etsy integration is still encountering issues, we recommend disconnecting and reconnecting your integration. This will re-authorise your store, and mean any missed orders should import.
We're sorry for the inconvenience caused by this - and we are continuing to monitor any affected accounts.
Just click on integrations, then 'update and connect' the red paperclip will turn to green and within 60 seconds all your orders will be there!
I've had the same problem start today - orders weren't updating, so I tried to disconnect and re-connect the intergration in C&D and etsy won't allow C&D permission to complete the intergration. So now there is no etsy intergration at all.
Does anyone know how I can manually find the area in my etsy that allows C&D access?
There is nowhere within Etsy to do this, it is only within C&D.

Look on your dashboard for the INTEGRATIONS tab, it's near the bottom of the list on the left on a desktop, click on that.
It opens automatically on the Discover tab at the top. Next to that you'll see the Manage tab. Click this and you'l see a list of the currently connected integrations.
You can't add integrations from this page but you can delete them.
Royal Mail was showing here at the start of the week but it's now missing along with Evri so I'm guessing Etsy doesn't recognise them at all at the moment.
Same thing is happening again now. I did what Click and Drop advised and deleted the integration to start a new one, and Etsy says it can't connect. Why can't anything ever be easy?
Having the same issue. Says the issue is resolved on Royal Mail but when I set up the integration again on Etsy it says The application that is requesting authorization to use your Etsy account is not recognized.
its happened again today , when you delete integration and go to set it up again Etsy does not recognise the Click & Drop site
same issue , fuming deleted connection and when to create a new one and now etsy saying an error occurred and wont itergrate , knightmare etsy need to sort this out asap as nothing is fixed at all

An update from Royal mail I received a short while ago:
We are working with Etsy to reenable connections between Etsy and Click & Drop.
We will update this page with any additional information

Hi, I have the same issue in the last week, some orders were not pulled through to Royal Mail, and today none of the orders was shown on Royal Mail. I went to Royal Mail Click and Drop trying to update the integration then it is just totally broken, and says can't connect to Etsy.
i managed to connect it again this morning, not had any Etsy orders come through yet though so don't know if it works
