Royal mail Click & drop won't link

Anyone in the UK having trouble with Click & drop? My last order isn't showing up and the status icon is red.

Yep same here. 3 orders from this morning are not showing in Click and Drop. Going to the integration settings, the link icon is broken/red and "update" does nothing.

Just checked my Etsy integration with click and drop, and it's showing as green, but I do not have any current orders. When I had a problem with Etsy and click and drop in the past, I disconnected it and reconnected the integration.

I had 2 orders in the last hour. I have deleted and reconnected and now I can see them! Thank you xx

Same, plus can’t buy an Etsy label for a letter. I’ll just input the info manually into click and drop. There’s supposed to be unavailability this evening between 8-10 pm, but none of my orders are there.

it seems that every now and again you have to reconnect/upgrade all integrations.. if you had orders whilst it was down they wont show up..only the latest ones..

There's an update on RM's status page;

We are aware of an issue affecting Etsy's systems that may be affecting order imports and shipping updates from Etsy integrations in Click & Drop. We are monitoring the incident, and we'll provide further updates as soon as we can.

They are saying it is fixed, but some accounts still will not integrate with Etsy orders, and have to do it manually for now.

According to this thread (below) many (if not all) integrations are not synching or broken which would indicate (to me) that this is an Etsy problem.

Does anyone know if Etsy Labels (for UK) is working?

I wonder if we will be hearing reports that Etsy labels (US) are broken once the US come online later today???

Well I couldn’t buy them today, but tbh that’s often the case.

There's definitely something wrong on Etsy's end. I can't click on any sections on dropdown menu on Android using web search, sell on Etsy app, or Etsy app. Frustrating for sure. I use those taps alot. If I go to a shop I can't click to "view more item" obviously a major issue if I (or others) can't even see products!!!

I've contacted Etsy, but I was told to clear caches etc...Everything been rebooted and cleared, it's not my end. Hope this gets fixed.

Further update;

We have received confirmation that the issue is being resolved. If your Etsy integration is still encountering issues, we recommend disconnecting and reconnecting your integration. This will re-authorise your store, and mean any missed orders should import.

EDIT: Actually I wouldn't recommend this. I've just done it and it's totally broken the integration now.

I did this and it won’t reconnect, it seems it’s an Etsy problem with most shipping integrations.

I had to delete my Etsy integration and create a new one on Click and Drop and that resolved the issue.

Seems like the new connection I created on Click and Drop isnt importing my orders either - any ideas? Thank you

Hello, I am having this problem as well. ETSY website seems to have a critical error. My royal mail click and drop integration stopped and went red. I tried to refresh it on royal mail with no success and so I deleted the integration on ETSY. Went back to integrations to download it again, but there's no royal mail option on there? I go to the help center and click to speak to support and all of your support pages show as broken and state whoops.. So I cant even contact any support about this or raise any tickets. Al the pages to go to contact etsy dont work. I catn fulfil any orders since yesterday.

I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting several times and still not showing new order... guess I'll have to wait....let's hope the shipping out delay doesn't affect my etsy seller performance!
