I ready in another post someone having an issue with the 're-enter bank details' button not working. My issue is the "Connect your bank via Plaid" button on my Payment Settings page. It does nothing.
Initially, when I tap on the button at the red warning strip on my dashboard, it takes me to my Payment Settings. From there when I click the "Connect your bank via Plaid" I enter my bank account number as it asks for and it stays on my Payment Settings page. It shows another Connect your band via Plaid button below where it says my Accounts For Payouts is Not Connected Yet. When I click on that Connect your bank via Plaid button... nothing happens.
I continue to daily get the warning that if I don't verify my bank, Etsy may suspend my account. Here is today's... If you can’t verify your account within one day, you’ll no longer be able to receive funds and your shop may be suspended.
Before you ask, I have cleared my cache and disabled my ad blocker. Thanks for any help or update on this!
