some buyers message me 

they facing issue in make order from my shop 

when I contacted with etsy 

etsy tell me a technical issue facing my etsy shop link with  payoneer 

and now etsy not reply my message in chat

It seems to me that perhaps my Etsy enrollment and Payoneer haven't been properly connected to Etsy yet because the option to connect Payoneer is still showing on my dashboard, and I haven't received any new orders for quite some time. As you mention, there could be a problem from the buyer's side, but upon checking, there doesn't seem to be any issue from their end because I'm facing this problem with multiple buyers. I've also contacted Payoneer support services, and they confirmed that all my processes are complete and approved. Please help me.if my enrollment is complete why is this showing me.and why my buyer is not able to purchase when my buyer proceeds to checkout. Oh dear. there was a problem submitting your order. Please give it another shot. my buyer error show, please help

If anyone can help you there needs to be more details, you are not talking to Etsy, but, other sellers.

Dear Seller's 

I think Etsy solve this Payoneer Payment issue 

but I'm facing some new error on Legal and Tax Information Page 

see this error 

""We were unable to verify the business information you entered.

Please review your business name and any identification numbers closely, make any necessary changes, and re-submit it for verification. You’ll have two re-verification attempts, after which your account will be locked. If you continue to have trouble, please contact your local tax authority or applicable government entity, where the business is registered, for more assistance.""
