Hi
Can etsy support contact me through my email associated with my shop fun n fab scrunchies please. [This content has been removed by Moderation. Do not share unsafe links or email addresses in the Forums]
i don’t remember the email to this shop.
I have 2 problems:
i cannot sign in on a computer for that shop because it tells me I have the wrong password, although I have changed it 2 times, triple checking my spelling.
2ndly, I would like to reopen my shop cindysdollshop. I cannot see why it was closed.
i appreciate your help!
cindy
You want to contact Etsy support. Here is the link: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?segment=selling
@Lilchickandherpeeps This is just going to other sellers in the forum. You shouldn't list an email address here.
@Lilchickandherpeeps remove your email address from your post.
Contact Etsy support via chat, select the Buying on Etsy option, then any option, then I still need help, next step Chat with us. I hope it helps you.
@Lilchickandherpeeps: Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
As mentioned, you should remove your eMail address as this is a public forum.
@Lilchickandherpeeps - FWIW link to:

There are no search results for your shop - cindysdollshop
It appears to be too late for you to edit your post, so do be very careful when replying to any emails you may receive regarding your problems.
I don't know when Etsy began assigning user names instead of allowing the user to choose theirs so be sure you are using the correct user name when trying to sign in, in addition to the correct email.
Is there any way for you to back track on your shop(s) information? Each shop would have its own email address.
And there was this Announcement: https://community.etsy.com/t5/Announcements/Etsy-Updates-3-things-to-know-for-April-2024/m-p/1452984...
Which included this:
"We have teams working year-round to prevent fraud and keep your shops and account details secure. To help us better protect users’ info, we’ll start reaching out to shops that have been inactive for four or more years.
Sellers whose shops are considered inactive will get a heads up via email 90 days before their shops will be closed. They’ll also get multiple reminders before any changes are made to their account. If they want to keep their shop open for business, all they need to do is log in to their account within 90 days of receiving the initial notice.
Shops still inactive after the 90 day notice period will be closed permanently, but the account can still be used to make purchases on Etsy. If you decide you want to start selling on Etsy again, you’ll need to open a new account for your shop (and choose a new shop name!) and add your payment details again."
Don't know when your "doll shop" was last open, so adding this info.
