It seems to me that perhaps my Etsy enrollment and Payoneer haven't been properly connected to Etsy yet because the option to connect Payoneer is still showing on my dashboard, and I haven't received any new orders for quite some time. As you mention, there could be a problem from the buyer's side, but upon checking, there doesn't seem to be any issue from their end because I'm facing this problem with multiple buyers. I've also contacted Payoneer support services, and they confirmed that all my processes are complete and approved. Please help me.if my enrollment is complete why is this showing me.and why my buyer is not able to purchase when my buyer proceeds to checkout. Oh dear. there was a problem submitting your order. Please give it another shot. my buyer error show, please help

You are just talking to other shop owners here in the forum, not Etsy support.
You are correct that your payment settings are incomplete. I put one of your items in my cart and went to checkout and there is a message there which reads "All payment methods for this shop are temporarily unavailable".

I've been dealing with the same issue since June 14, 2024, and it's been incredibly frustrating. Etsy is making life very tough for Indian sellers. It's hard to believe that such a large company is taking more than two weeks to fix a technical issue or bug (i am talking about the overall issue timeframe). This prolonged downtime is affecting our sales and customer relationships. We rely on Etsy for our livelihood, and this lack of prompt resolution is unacceptable. Sellers deserve better support and quicker fixes for issues that impact our businesses so significantly.

Hi Dreamzhut, did Etsy solve your problem? Because I can buy stuff at your shop and I have the same issue.
I thought I am the one facing this issue, from last one month until couple of buyers contacted me and I started digging about it, contacted support 3 time and they have generic reply, clear cache lol, are you sitting in some basic computer class and telling me these things, you need to work on this as lot of sellers have funded you through your "$15 non refundable" shop making, I believe in return you people should give us some nice support, and for support staff I think they are just sitting there and eating free money. peace.
The OP posted this a year ago, and has sales since then, so their problem was solved.
