Hello! Wondering if anyone else out there is having issues with shipping? When I click on "get shipping labels" nothing happens. I try several ways and it doesn't work. Just making sure I am not the only one.
If you NEED to ship and can use it, try PirateShip. It is free, takes a couple minutes to set up and is easy and if you have an issue there is actual live person chat to help you and the answer in a minute or 2, Same rates as Etsy or better (international) and the tracking automatically updates to your Etsy shop. The only time you need to add tracking is if you combined 2 separate orders to one box...which you have to do via Etsy labels too. They have amazing customer service. I don't think they do FC flats or letter rate though? I never ship that way so not sure.
I am having the same issue. Tried different browsers and it didn't help. But I found a work-around for this glitch. When you click on "shipping labels" and nothing happens, copy the URL and paste into a new tab. Then it will work.
Yes I also discovered this work around. F5 does not work with Mac however. Problem is, we should NOT have to deal with this. Etsy's IT department created this issue (most likely because of different tests ) and they fail to check for issues that they have created before releasing. Sellers are the ones that suffer from this.
The postage button didn't work yesterday either....but when I "refreshed" the page, after hitting the postage button, it worked. I've had to do that with each label today as well.
Our engineering partners are currently aware of an issue where the button to purchase Shipping Labels isn't reacting for some sellers. We've added all of reports to the ongoing investigation so the team can take a deeper look into what's going on.
At this time, we do not have a timeframe for when this issue will be resolved, but please know that we prioritize our technical issues based on the impact to our marketplace. If you need to ship the order immediately, we recommend purchasing labels from your local post office or shipping provider of choice.
@ThePurplePuppy Tuesday I was able to print international labels, yesterday I was able to print labels via Etsy for the US. I have not tried today as yet. What is funny, is that I am the only one on my team that is affected, which tells me they put me in some type of test and the coding is messed up.......once again. Etsy messes up, we suffer. It has taken them a week to even acknowledge this too ! I call FOUL
Well, got up early here on the left coast to print labels so I guess it is back to PS for me today! AS much money as this is costing them I can't understand why they don't get this fixed. They need to hire some IT who know what they are doing!
Feb. 23, 2023 I see Still Can't get Etsy Ship labels page to even load. Spins Round Around.... Doesn't work to Reload or Refresh page either, Still Spins... This issue Continues From days ago. Guess I will buy postage somewhere else.
