Hello! Wondering if anyone else out there is having issues with shipping? When I click on "get shipping labels" nothing happens. I try several ways and it doesn't work. Just making sure I am not the only one.
The issue is only happening on my supply shop in Microsoft Edge... I signed into my supply shop with Google Chrome, and it still would not allow me to print or even load shipping labels... So the bug is only affecting certain shops...
I had trouble loading shipping labels last night for orders due today. I could load one individual label to print but if trying to print multiple labels the print shipping labels button was grayed out for no reason.
I'm still staying tuned, while my customers are still waiting for their items to be shipped from 2 nights ago. It's still not working this morning either. I hope I don't have to go to the post office to get these orders mailed out. Just trying to update all the tracking numbers on Etsy alone, is going to be a total pain. How much longer do we have to wait?
Is there an update on this? We have been unable to ship using Etsy the last 2 days other than 1 or 2 orders before it just stops opening the shipping window from any of the available ways. Any update would be greatly appreciated!

You don't. Just print your labels out on PirateShip. It can sync with Etsy, so all your addresses are right there, and tracking numbers are immediately placed on Etsy.
Not working for me either and I'm using Google Chrome. Thanks for bringing the issue. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon. Adding a note that the "Create Return Label" function is also not working.
I use Pirateship for all my shipping labels, it's free to use, has the same discounted rates as Etsy and you can import all your Etsy sales there. With the import button your package information on each order is automatically transferred and the tracking number is input for you, the order will move to your Completed folder in sales. Just thought I'd mention it for those who are still having issues.
It is partially fixed from what I have discovered. If you click on the "icon-get shipping labels" within your order to print the label, it works. I, send a notification to my customers that their order is shipping and then scroll down to the "Get shipping labels" and it doesn't work, refresh the page and it works. I am using a Mac desktop, Brave browser and have experienced the same using Chrome.
I just wish they would stop all the unnecessary testing and fix completely what is broken already! That should keep IT busy for decades.
