Red banner in my shop, that my shop is closed, bank account not verified!

I'm trembling.

I'm seeing a red info banner in my shop, that says that my bank account could not be verified, because I didn't pay the small amount, and therefore can't accept any new sales.

My account is verified! I paid the little amount a long time ago! 

There is a link "want to sell here again? Verify your bank account."

What is going on?

Is this a bug, has anybody had this before??

All accounts seem to have the issue in most countries.. we still have orders coming in though even with the red banner so could be a technical fault

Dealing with the same issue, nice that its not just me as its basically impossible to contact customer support i feel, i cant find any chat options myself anyway

I appreciate that those of you that can /have spoken to customer support can keep us updated.

Yes, I spoke with chat and they said they are aware of it and the technical team is looking into it.

With the amount of shops having this issue and are now on this thread -- We have enough folks for a huge conga line while were waiting for this to be fixed...  LOL

when things like this happen its more of a panic as you cant get hold of anyone from Etsy  to ever sort things out, but glad im not on my own and hope they sort it soon.

Was so panicking. Mine is still up. Totally will not let me connect to any chat help or email. Such a scary horrible feeling.

A lot of issues with Etsy lately. Can't create custom orders (says server error), dashboard doesn't update, messages marked as spam don't move to the spam box, the customer care chat box disappearing, customers coming to ask for order cancellations made by 'mistake'....now this.

I just hope these errors are not interfering with orders and don't affect the deductions from sales.

Same here. Spain. Are your stats in the dashboard broken too? Mine appear with 100/100/100/ and the year up and down with --%
