Red banner in my shop, that my shop is closed, bank account not verified!

I'm trembling.

I'm seeing a red info banner in my shop, that says that my bank account could not be verified, because I didn't pay the small amount, and therefore can't accept any new sales.

My account is verified! I paid the little amount a long time ago! 

There is a link "want to sell here again? Verify your bank account."

What is going on?

Is this a bug, has anybody had this before??

I have the same banner appear and have no idea why. My details say that my bank details are verified. I have no idea how to get through to customer support, I'm going round in circles...

I've got a response from Etsy. This is technical issue and everything is working fine.

Etsy's response:

"As I can see at my end, it looks like a technical issue and our team is working on it. Don’t worry, Your account is absolutely perfect and you will get orders as usual.   It is just a banner. Soon it will be resolved by our specialists. "

I have the same issue, and no way to contact support. Why isn't there a direct email address or contact link for issues not covered in the help pages/appeals page?
