Some images in my shop are appearing magnified so that you can't see the entire product.

A few of the images in my shop are appearing magnified in the home landing page. Also, when I print out a packing slip the image of the product is just a black square and not the image of the product being shipped.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

I noticed too the magnified views but only on the phone, on the laptop was okay. So I went through and adjusted the view on the problematic ones slightly and they jumped back to normal.

The images aren't black on the home page, they're magnified. The image that appears black is only when I print out a packing slip.
