Was on a roll, 2 months and over 120 sales. And then not even an email from Etsy and I lose complete access to my shop.
The message I'm receiving when trying to log in is :
"We've noticed possible suspicious activity on your account. For security purposes, we've temporarily limited your access to protect your information until you reach out to us."
Contacted them and nothing. Buyers are messaging me and I can't do anything about it. I can't even get on the live chat with anyone anymore.
This is my shop : https://www.etsy.com/au/shop/AristocratAttire
I can see it's still visible but can't be accessed by anyone currently. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
It’s not open and active, it’s been closed by Etsy. The message being displayed is normally that put on a shop that won’t be opened again unless you win an appeal.
Hi, thank you, how do I make an appeal?
I don’t know, I’ve never been in your position.
You quoted it said “until you reach out to us” so I would start by opening a ticket with support.
I have always wondered about this myself--how is a seller supposed to "Reach out" to Etsy in any way if they cannot access (sign in ) their account .
Go to the top of the page and hit HELP, click Help Center and type in your question or just Google it.
I looked at the cached page for your shop, and it was selling t-shirts and hoodies, and in the 'about' section, it was calling itself "TeeVogueStyle." I'm assuming that this was not you?
That used to be the old name, it is different now. Managed to regain access.

Contact support from the button on the article. Explain the situation.
Hi everyone, I have managed to regain access to my shop. They contacted me via email to change my password. So it took about 18 hours to have it sorted out. Thanks for all your help!
You may want to adjust your product offerings.
Etsy may consider them counterfeit items (ie the Coco Chanel / Porsche knock offs).
how did u reach them, i cant seem to get a hold of them for the life of me, and i had the same issue.
