Was on a roll, 2 months and over 120 sales. And then not even an email from Etsy and I lose complete access to my shop.
The message I'm receiving when trying to log in is :
"We've noticed possible suspicious activity on your account. For security purposes, we've temporarily limited your access to protect your information until you reach out to us."
Contacted them and nothing. Buyers are messaging me and I can't do anything about it. I can't even get on the live chat with anyone anymore.
This is my shop : https://www.etsy.com/au/shop/AristocratAttire
I can see it's still visible but can't be accessed by anyone currently. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It’s not open and active, it’s been closed by Etsy. The message being displayed is normally that put on a shop that won’t be opened again unless you win an appeal.
Hi, thank you, how do I make an appeal?
I don’t know, I’ve never been in your position.
You quoted it said “until you reach out to us” so I would start by opening a ticket with support.
I have always wondered about this myself--how is a seller supposed to "Reach out" to Etsy in any way if they cannot access (sign in ) their account .
Go to the top of the page and hit HELP, click Help Center and type in your question or just Google it.
I looked at the cached page for your shop, and it was selling t-shirts and hoodies, and in the 'about' section, it was calling itself "TeeVogueStyle." I'm assuming that this was not you?
That used to be the old name, it is different now. Managed to regain access.
How to File an Appeal for a Permanently Suspended Account – Etsy Help
Contact support from the button on the article. Explain the situation.
Hi everyone, I have managed to regain access to my shop. They contacted me via email to change my password. So it took about 18 hours to have it sorted out. Thanks for all your help!
You may want to adjust your product offerings.
Etsy may consider them counterfeit items (ie the Coco Chanel / Porsche knock offs).
how did u reach them, i cant seem to get a hold of them for the life of me, and i had the same issue.
I have the same problem now how did you solve this problèm plz
What were you selling?
https://www.etsy.com/ca/legal/prohibited#Q5
"Given associated regulations, lottery tickets, cryptocurrency mining rigs, and current, exchangeable currency and postage may not be sold on Etsy. We also prohibit the sale of financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, and other securities. Items made by a seller containing any of these items in a usable condition are also not allowed."
I'm a coder and selling trading indicators and scripts coded by my self ...and you have many sellers who sells same thing so why only me ...many costumes are contacting me cauz they want my items but my store is still closed...and finally there are 7 sales inside I did not payed yet I want withdraw so why closing my store and talking my money
@CotTrading: "... many sellers who sells same thing so why only me ..." Without getting into a discussion of what is fair or right or if your shop should have been closed, the fact that there are other shops selling similar items it only means that they have not been caught yet, or those listings may not contain the same trigger that snared you. Additionally, we will not know how many other listings were deactivated using the same trigger - only those that appear to not have been.
@platypusDream to file an appeal I have to log in first lol by I can not log in I get this message..."locked for security raison contact us..."
