Lack of technical help in fixing ID information

Etsy turned me off end of September as I tried to update Gov't issued ID. There are not any Edit functions that work for that particular page and upload, So inspite of many emails, no contact with any etsy staff other than the same AI answer, has occurred. So, Etsy owes me 346.51 for September, which I understand they will keep if my info is not confirmed, with banishment. 

So, let's get ugly. If Etsy cannot provide technical backup to solve information problems, for what must be 5 million sellers, if they have allowed offshore sellers to populate the platform ( I can identify quite a few in my area of goods) thereby distorting search for authentic sellers, if they are making record profits off this regime and yet have sinking share prices, if the fees keep rising to help those sale profits, if the current christmas ads trumpet 60% off (sellers are taking that hit), WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?

So, this discussion will probably be taken down by the forum patrol without any real response for the one small programming edit function that has taken me down. By the way, Etsy will still owe that 346.51.

What exactly is the issue?

Were you asked to upload your Tax details so Etsy can divulge your earnings to the taxman?  If so, then you need to add whatever your reference number is for your tax declaration in the Additional Tax Info box.  Without this number, Etsy will be unable to pay you.  

Go to Shop Manager - Finances - Legal & Tax Information - scroll down to Additional Taxpayer ID and enter your number there and Submit. 

You will see directly above this whether your personal ID has been verified or not.
