Same here! I purchased labels for Canada and Poland but not USA, always a FAIL message. I was able to purchase USA labels for my Shopify orders though so it's probably not a Canada Post issue.

Yes , I just tried to print off a label and it would not go through

I have just purchased Etsy labels successfully. Am in the UK buying Royal Mail labels via Etsy.

I'm in Canada. I just realized that I can only purchase labels for Canadian orders. Unable to for U.S.

I am in Canada, I just purchased another label for Europe, they work fine. The labels for US don't work.

@atVintage  Try changing the date to Tuesday the 18th, since the USPS is closed in the US for President's Day. I'm curious to hear if it works.

I cannot purchase labels for the US either, and selecting the 18th doesn't help.

Same issue here. I have 4 orders to purchase labels for and 1 is in Canada the others to the USA. Successfully purchased for Canada but won't let me purchase for the US.  Anything to do with tariffs I wonder?
