Hi, earlier this month Etsy forced my store into Vacation Mode and the following message appeared in the store dashboard:
“We put your shop on pause. Your shop has been placed in temporary Vacation Mode to help you manage your current orders or give you time to verify your seller or business info. While you can’t receive new orders right now, you can still edit listings or draft new ones.”
After this message, I immediately contacted Etsy support. I was promised an email, but haven't received one in two weeks. I don't know why my store was put on vacation and how to fix it. Please help me. Thanks!

The most likely reason is the need for Etsy to verify your identity (there are hundreds of other posts similar to yours). Check your spam folder in your personal email account to see if you have received a message from Etsy.
Go to Shop Manager - Finances - Legal and Tax Information to see if there is a Submit button there for you to confirm your details or whether there is a banner asking you to upload identity documentation. All your details must match exactly so your name must be in the same format as your documents. If it isn't, then change it to match.
