Etsy ads have stopped working

Hi, has anyone ever experienced Etsy ads out of nowhere stop showing views and clicks and also results are not displaying in the market place?

I have been using Etsy ads for a while and I've always got views and clicks and when I ad new listings I get views within minutes. 

Today I increased my budget and since then i noticed strange behavior in my Ads for the next few hours (No new views on any listing)

I know there is definitely something wrong because I've used ads enough to know the behavior and daily patterns.

I have contacted support but yet to hear back from them, I'm guessing it may take a day or 2.

If someone clicked your ad a week ago but bought today, you'll have income from the ads. Cookies are stored for 30 days

I believe it is a glitch and will update when they figure out the problem. The ads “should” still be working as I was charged my budget for the day.

Basically, it does seem that the stats pages isn't working at all since yesterday afternoon, but ads are still showing, nut as much though. (not sure if its one of their new stuff again or if this will be fixed and run as it used to).

I have actually checked on my phone and shops ads are showing there, however have tried on my laptop and no ads whatsoever on the 1st page. Super weird. My sales dropped significantly since this happened..

I have also noticed this but that said I think that it’s also possible that other issues are at play. The pandemic restrictions are lessening, more people are vaccinated, Spring is finally here and more people are outside. Also, when Etsy makes changes to the site, it also seems to affect how many people visit the shops.  Just some thoughts...

I've had them off for a while to let the organic traffic rank my items up and ads not ruining conversion rate with their terrible ad targeting. I recently bought a mannequin to upgrade some product photos so I turned ads on just to get some more eyeballs on my items but I got charged for ads for yesterday while stats say zero. Just gonna keep em off if I can't even see what I'm being charged for. I think this finally pushed me completely away from Etsy ads until they make them run like a normal ads campaign where you actually have control. Mainly used them to boost new items since that's the only thing that seems to get impressions anymore but I'm not even gonna do that now.

yes, adds stopped working since yesterday. everyone is having the same problem. at first I thought someone hacked my account and steel my add views

There must be another glitch today...I advertise $30 a day for months and today there are 0 views and 0 clicks.

I’m having the exact same issue for a month now. I’m on the maximum spendinglimit and still zero views. Were you able to solve the problem?

Try advertising on Instagram until Etsy fixes the problem.

UPDATE - I just spoke to support and they are aware of this issue, technical is currently working hard to resolve.  The ads are still working behind the scenes it's just the stats portion that has quit registering.  They are hoping for a resolution by the end of the day.

I think it's not just statistics.   I have 0 views , but I have shop-visitors which don't buy anything. Why ? I think the numbers aren't right at all. 0 sales today , it is strange for the weekend

Your views are a part of Stats. You have 0 views because the Stats are broken.

Are the ads actually in search though.  The word ad is not present anyplace in search.  Ads are appearing in listings and have the word ad but there is no such wording in search.   I've tried several searches today.  No ad wording anyplace so does this mean the ads are missing or the rows are present and have no wording.
