No Notifications-Customers unable to place into cart to purchase

Not getting any notifications or updates on any of my listings on Etsy app, emails or on my phone. I've doubled checked settings on etsy and on phone all is in order. Also had to update listings that had "sold out" what were not!!! A customer couldn't add one item into cart to purchase...What is going on!? Losing money on marketing/sales & orders that customers can't purchase...What is going on?! Issues

Hi. Nice to meet you.

I have a customer who has ordered twice this weekend. The first order was showing as pending then vanished. Now she has placed the order again after checking her bnk account and reaching out to Etsy. Esty first gave some strange reply to her saying it might be to do with the fact the item was showing as out of stock so couldn't' process but the item wasn't out of stock.

This time the payment is showing on her account (screenshot shared) but not showing anywhere for me as processing order and no emails received by either of us. She's reached out to Etsy again who have now escalated it, shes also shared this message with me. Perhaps these are linked?

@NycCreationsDesigns  It sometimes helps if the customer empties out any other items that are in her cart and tries again with just the one.  I had no problem placing an item of yours in my cart  and all payment options were available.

Hi, thank you for your reply, I'm  just having so many issues besides this, I recently noticed most of my items descriptions/details were missing that I had to update them including the tags.  Over a week now &  I'm not getting favorites like I use too lucky if I get 1 a day also for every device I check into will give me different # of visits.. something just isn't right I hope it gets resolved soon. Thank you for the advice
