Etsy ads have stopped working

Hi, has anyone ever experienced Etsy ads out of nowhere stop showing views and clicks and also results are not displaying in the market place?

I have been using Etsy ads for a while and I've always got views and clicks and when I ad new listings I get views within minutes. 

Today I increased my budget and since then i noticed strange behavior in my Ads for the next few hours (No new views on any listing)

I know there is definitely something wrong because I've used ads enough to know the behavior and daily patterns.

I have contacted support but yet to hear back from them, I'm guessing it may take a day or 2.

I’m having the same issues. I’ve been searching high and low to see if others have had problems and thankfully I found this!!

I wish Etsy would send out a mass email to sellers when something like this happens. Some form of communication would be nice. Even if it was a generic, “we understand there is a problem, we’re working hard to solve it” that way we aren’t all scratching our heads trying desperately to find out if it is just us with the problem or if it is a website-wide issue.

FYI looks like my stats for etsy ads at least sort of started working today. Had zero listed for the past two days, but just showed 1 click. From what I can tell the ads are working but the stats just aren't accurate-

Hello again. Like a lot of you I was also charged my daily budget, with no clicks (or at least none shown). I have also turned off my ads for the time being, until something is figured out. Good luck everyone.

We had the same thing happen, however we were charged for Etsy ads even though it doesn't show any activity.

Etsy Plus launched this weekend. That probably goofed up their systems.

Something changes everyday. Stats has nothing to do with Etsy Plus. Etsy has had problem updating Stats for 3 years now. This is no different.

check your finances and you most likely will see you are still being charged the full amount of your ad budget.

I sent screenshots to etsy now for 2 days, they have charged me a larger amount than they state themselves was used. 

something is really off. I suggest everyone check their finances and see what etsy deducts, then check your ad stats page.

take screenshots and send to etsy. at some point they have to wake up....this is truly lousy service.

I did have two sales on that day, Saturday, and I was charged my entire budget.

I am disillusioned with Etsy and I only turn my ads on certain weekends and that does okay for me at this point.  However, when I do have them on, I turn them on for 9am on the West Coast and I monitor the clicks and charges all day so I know how the budget it being spent and I turn it off sometimes when I've had a lot of sales and there is still some of my budget left.  So, now, I have no idea when the clicks happened and it says I got two sales totaling $47 with a budget of $25 and $0 spent.

I'll be contacting them, too.  I want accountability.  I wish they'd stop tinkering with the superficial nonsense like layouts and formats and put more emphasis on not screwing up all the time.  This company has WAY too many foul-ups over the past years, especially compared to Ebay (in my opinion!).

Looks like Etsy ad stats are back to normal, at least I can confirm my are. Hope this has been resolved for most if not all of you.

It looks like they are for today.  However, my ad stats for yesterday still show 0 views and 0 clicks, yet my account was debited for the full day's budget. 

Also, when I go search for my items that I am promoting, they do not show as
"Ad by" preceding my shop name.  I don't know if that should concern me or not!

I see nothing in search that indicates ads are listed.  No wording whatsoever. 

According to moderator, the ads dashboard has been corrected and we should all start seeing the stats.   I haven't seen mine yet.

I am still pulling my hair out....264 impressions with a max budget??? Not sure what to do since this is the week to show my products for Mother's Day. Trying not to lose hope.....

Stopped working when they made a change to how you can add or remove a listing to promote. You used to have to click on one button but now each listing has an on off button (this is new). Also the option to show unadvertised listings doesn't work.

ads are working again, hope that goes for all sellers who had problems with etsy ads!
