Can’t Add Production Partner – Location Field Not Working

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to add my print-on-demand provider (Monster Digital) as a production partner in my shop, but Etsy won’t let me save the form.

The problem seems to be with the Location field. I typed:

• Miami Gardens, FL, United States
• Miami, Florida, United States

But it still shows a red error and says: “Please fill out all the required fields in order to save.”

I’ve filled out all the other fields correctly, and I even clicked on the suggested location from the dropdown, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried refreshing and using a different browser too.

Is this a bug or is there something I’m doing wrong?
Has anyone else faced this issue?

Nay time I get a problem like this, I just contact Etsy and let them know. They usually put in a request to have a tech look at it to fix.

It might be a bug.

Things to try:

• Close the browser then try again (this starts a new user session).
• Clear your browser cache. 
• Ensure pop-up blockers are not active.
• Have you tried using a completely different browser?

I know there has been a bug with shop location settings so maybe that bug is affecting production partner location as well.
