Hello, I need help.
My shop shows when customers try to complete their purchase, they see the message: “All payment methods in this store are temporarily unavailable
I have checked my shop settings, payment settings, and account information, but I don’t see any errors or alerts explaining the issue
I contacted Etsy support several times. They told me that I would receive an email, but until now, I didn’t get anything.
Has anyone experienced this issue? How can I fix it?
You can see from all the posts you have posted in that lots of sellers have had this happen and for the most part those shops are getting sales and have etsy payments. So it does get fixed eventually. Did you look at any of the shops on those other posts? You can't fix this yourself. Only etsy can fix it and it's the weekend. You can only wait.

You should also be aware that scammers send fake messages about not being able to complete orders - don't click on any links.

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
