shipping labels not processing?

I have been printing labels all morning without issues, all of a sudden the labels are no longer being processed - is there a glitch?

I have two browsers open and was printing labels for our other shop. I left the page open where its working on labels. When I went back the open page made it to the print link.

It may be working reallllly slow.

I am unable to print labels today. Could this morning. This evening I can't. It says needs more info. Called Etsy twice. Once, they had no clue what was going on. Second time, they said it was my browser to try another one. I did and nothing. Annoyed.

Yes, I was charged for 3 shipping labels as well that did not go through.

Same here... it got stuck in the middle of processing one. Then I got a message that an error occurred and to try again. Thankfully, I double checked my purchased labels and sure enough it had purchased it.

Now though to get anything to load in the shipping labels screen is taking several minutes.

I was charged twice for a label and then had to request refund for one of them. This is happening because it d=says "Label processing" but it never actually completes that process.

Tried 3 times before I realized I had created 3 labels for each order. I submitted refund requests for 2 of the 3 labels for each order I processed. Then I manually printed each label. Fun. Not.

Oh my gosh! What a tremendous mess! I go to print my shipping labels and it fails half way through. I am told to try it again. I ended up paying for 2 labels per order and had to cancel one of the copies. I could not batch print my shipping labels so I ended up wasting paper and time since I had to print each one separately.

I hope we still have time to make it to the post office before the truck comes!!

yep...so I refreshed the page thinking it didn't go through and tried again - not sure why I did this before checking my shipping labels page because they did go through even though the processing bar got stuck half way though. I was charged and had several labels for the same orders. ...should have just printed it from the shipping labels page. So I now have several pending refunds for labels. :(

Hi everyone,

We are experiencing a billing issue that is affecting various site systems and products including Orders and Labels. We are aware and all teams are investigating.

It looks like Labels are processing despite the error alert and you can download and print them.

Matt I paid my bill and the money was removed from my Paypal account but it still shows that I haven't made the payment. Will this be fixed?
