Yup it's been going on all morning. The good news is that they do seem to fix the bugs, the bad new is that things have been very glitchy for a while now. I wonder why? Just an FYi there was also a blank screen issue early this morning. Even the forums were not accessible. Just blank.
Yes, same here. it froze but then it actually charged me 3 times for 3 labels (for the same order) I requested a refund for 2 and printed the last one. Check your completed orders before trying again!
I got charged for a label for an order I have not even processed yet, but cannot find the order at all for a different order. Not really acceptable, Etsy.
My orders have moved to "Completed" and show THREE labels purchased for each order but I have not actually gotten to the print labels screen. What the heck, Etsy?!?!
I just got charged three times for one label. If you refresh when it gets stuck you can see that a label was purchased but I tried to purchase twice before refreshing and when I refreshed on the third attempt I could see that three labels were purchased for one package. If you try to purchase and it gets stuck and you refresh ONCE and you will get ONE shipping label that you can then print.
The labels ARE processing. The page is getting stuck when it should go to the print page. You don't need to make another label. You'll have to go to each order page and print the label already made.
This is odd. It charges you for the label that it "can't print". But when I check the purchased labels there it is big as day. So it is printing. So if I were you I would check first before "trying again" because it will charge you twice and you will have 2 labels. Ugh I will be glad when this is fixed. These bugs are getting really annoying.
