Can't purchase postage labels.

I can't purchase any postage labels this afternoon with Royal Mail.
All I get is  - We were unable to process 1 of your labels. Please try re-purchasing that label.

Is anyone else having issues ?

It's Friday afternoon and I have loads of orders to get processed!

Having the same issue - all worked fine a couple of hours ago but now I can't purchase labels for items that I need to dispatch - Royal mail UK

I am having the same problem. After many attempts, I tried buying off the Royal Mail website direct and had the same problem. Hope it is sorted out soon. I need to get on.

I was trying via etsy labels and getting the error each time but by the sound of the person above it might be an issue with the Royal mail site itself?

Purchasing Royal Mail postage via Etsy.

I normally use the function in Etsy to get postage but then tried Click and Drop on the Royal Mail website but went right to payment then failed.

Having the same issue, going to wait a while, see if it gets fixed, thought it was me doing something wrong

thought it was me and then I had a shout at the computer then a google and then I realised it's not me. Normal day then!

There is currently a major outage on Royal Mail website so I would assume that would impact purchases via Etsy as well. 

from RM:  We are currently investigating an issue with postage purchases
If you generate your labels with an OBA account you are not affected by this issue

Thanks for that info.  I just noticed I can't sign into Click & Drop so it's definitely a RM problem.

Yes there are disruptions once again with Royal Mail.   Click and Drop was working earlier this morning but now after 12pm am unable to purchase online postage labels.

Looks like it's working again.
A bit slow, but I just managed to purchase a label.

I had 3 ready to go, just couldn't pay,

the post office closes at 3.00, so missed it until Tuesday now

.. at least the ones purchased up to 9.00am today have gone off

I've just done one through RM C&D, the status page is now saying it's fixed as of about 4 minutes ago.
