Is there a technical issue with reporting a review? it is grayed out and not working.....

Don't think etsy will remove that one, as they tend to remove them if they are only about a carrier, and it isn't

Wow. Cranky. I would not even reply - you should be able to report it. Sorry you have to deal with that - my Buyers have been very patient and understanding. It doesn't help that Etsy prompts Buyers to leave feedback when items haven't been delivered yet. That would be so useful - to only have the review window open when tracking shows as delivered - at least during the pandemic and ongoing shipping delays.

Sorry about the review.. I don't think Etsy will remove it.. I can't see where it meets the criteria to do so.
But Now it is your chance to calmly write down your response to this customer.. write is down on paper and sit on it for a few days and then post it.. Make sure you are clear and don't BLAME the customer for anything.. They get to tell of their frustration with the sale. But you also get to explain about Covid and the fact that the PO is very overwhelmed this year. Remember you are talking to the next person as this one will not read what you write- they are long gone. Most of the time the response says more about the seller than what the customer wrote.
AND in the meantime-- I would contact the customer and tell them to refuse the package when it comes.. and when you have it back you can refund them depending on your own policies.
