Hello guys I noticed that my customers cannot make payment because payment on the store is not activated (they can only add the product to the cart) I should mention that I opened the store a week ago and it's the same problem with every listing. Does anyone know how to solve this? thanks
Once you get your payment options working, just be aware that scammers tend to target new shops, and you will likely receive messages that are not from legitimate customers.
If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
Can you explain more about why you think the payments can't be made? Are people sending you messages about it? If they are sending messages and offering other ways to pay you, those are scams.
Payments are not enabled. I did not know one could even open a store without enrolling in some sort of payment plan--either Etsy payments or whatever is available in other countries.
