I have an issue with the result of the Star Seller - reply to customer which has decreased to 92%.
When I clicked on the label to have the details of the issue, it says that I didn't reply in the 48h to "Linda". Which is not true.
When I search for result for Linda in my orders, I can see that her order has been made on June 24th night, my message has been sent on the 25th early morning. I have screenshot if needed.
I didn't receive any reply to this message for the customer to this discussion. However she send me another message later on another thread saying that she couldn't replied to my previous message for some reason.
The fact is that I have replied in less than 24h (which I always do) and this is not true saying that I don't reply.
Can you please check and revert ?

Did you reply to her message saying she couldn't reply ro your to my previous message? If not, then you are out of luck. Besides that, the star seller is so old, nobody pays attention to it much anymore.
Even tho Etsy says that their Support cannot make changes to your data and they tell you to post in the Tech Issues forum, no one from Etsy will address it here.
One requirement for you to receive the SSB for July is that your first sale was at least 90 days ago. If you didn't make your first sale that long ago, you won't be eligible for the SSB yet anyway.
@FromMarinette: Did you reply to the second thread? Keep in mind that for Star Seller you need to reply to (or mark as SPAM) the FIRST message of EVERY NEW INCOMING THREAD within 24 hours. It does not matter who sent it, the subject matter, if it is a duplicate or blank or anything else.
"Can you please check and revert ?" Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts).
