you will be suspended for at least a week, it is illegal in many countries to contact people, unless they have given you permission beforehand, and there is no way this can be done on etsy
do it a second time, and your shop probably won't be here for long
as you sell to the EU/UK, you have to have a GDPR (privacy) policy, once you have read the law on that, and what it contains, you might understand better
