message repsonse time + sales not updating

Its been a few days now and my message response time AND number of sales have not been updated.

I haven't been able to find any way to contact someone at Etsy directly. I know it says it can take up to 24 hrs to update but at this point I am worried its never going to update and I will miss out on getting Star Seller. I've worked so hard to get this and now that I met all the points its not reflecting on my stats. Does anyone have any answers or solutions regarding this??

February is a "short" Month. Only 28 Days. The stats often take several days to update so Messages received 27/28 Feb will probably "carry over" to March stats because Etsy gives the Seller the full 24 hours response time before deciding if a Message has been replied to "on time"or late. The same happens with Shipping. If an Order is not due to ship until the first days of the next Month, then it will be excluded from the current Month stats for SSP.

End of Month is always problematic for Sellers who are relying on their last few Orders / Messages / Reviews for the Month to met the SSP requirements for that Month. February is even more problematic due to the 28/29 day "cut off" when all other Months have a 30/31 day "cut off"

Whilst you may not achieve SSP Badge/s for Feb, the good news is that the stats will update in time for you to meet March SSP requirements.

Etsy has always said it takes 24 to 48 hours to update and that time doesn't start until after the 24 hour answer window closes.  You can't count on messages received during the last few days of the month to rescue your message response rate.
