getting removed items re-listed -- cutting boards

I've also posted this question under "Managing your shop", but that might have been the wrong group. I had three cutting boards removed from my shop for being "Prohibited Items." The email mentioned the "use of certain medical claims". I have not made any. Looking at my description, I *think* it must be that I said that they are finished in FDA-approved mineral oil (which *is* an approved finish) -- but I did not say that in all listings. I tried to simply delete that phrase from the listing that had it, but when I tried to save the changes I got a "cannot be null" message, whatever that means. I think it means de-listed!

How does one go about appealing the removal? I'm happy to make any changes in the text, since I make no "medical claims", but I don't know what to change. Is there an appeals process? I can't find one, and they don't mention one in their email.

I certainly see a few zillion other cutting board makers who still have their items up. I suspect it's an algorithm searching for certain words? Is there a way to talk to an actual person, or should I just delete these items, and re-list them re-worded?

Any help is much appreciated.
