Etsy Suspend The Shop without any reason

Etsy Suspend my shop yesterday without any reason I already pay the etsy fee and I not do anything which cause suspension I apply for appeal but still not get any response

@OGECreation: In addition to the advice from @NanaLetha be aware that often the first response you get from customer support is an automated reply meant to weed out the people who contact support over common issues that can be easily solved.

Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link in each reply from Etsy (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive otherwise Etsy will assume that it is resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, before anything is done but do not give up.

Looks like your shop might have some recent review issues. 

Also, who made the items in your shop?

I made it glass bangles are only manufacturer in purdil Nagar, Hathras, Uttar Pradesh which is town in India.

This is my family business of making glass bangles if etsy wants proof I can give them but they to ask or tell me reason

@OGECreation When you appealed what did you appeal if you didn't know why your shop was suspended? How long have you been waiting for a response?

There is always a reason but unfortunately Etsy rarely tells you what it is.  You can be pretty sure you will not get a response on the weekend so wait for Etsy's response next week.

Ok so i have to wait for a week and what happen to my customers which add my product in their cart.

Does this happen with you also it's first time when etsy Suspend my shop

Customers cannot add anything to their carts as your shop is closed, unless you are talking about another shop of yours.

You won't be able to take new orders when you are suspended and will have to wait for Etsy's reply.  Nobody on the forum can unsuspend your shop.
