Since Monday this week, 10-21-2024 my seller account has stopped receiving emails when a new order is placed. I have tried everythng to resolve. The emails are not being blocked and I am getting message confirmation emails, just not the new order emails.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
I no longer get emails from Etsy, neither notification of orders or customer queries. It stopped over a year ago, and when I contacted Etsy they told me to check my spam file (which I've always done several times a day, keeping it empty so I know when new emails come in) and make sure I hadn't blocked them. So no help there.
I have to constantly check Etsy in case I have an order or message, which is a bit tiresome. Maybe getting the Etsy app on my phone would be the answer, but I'm not much of a phone person.
This has been an issue for at least a year. There have been many many posts here in the forum about it. For me, it is hit-or-miss. For example, if I receive multiple orders on the same day, I might get a notification email about 1 or none of them.
It is important to check your shop dashboard every day. It only takes a minute.
