On time despatch and tracking is incorrect.
I had an email from Etsy support saying that my despatch and tracking stats are not good enough and that my visibility will be effected by this and I need to improve my stats in this area. This is something I have been in argument with Etsy over for the last few months. My despatch and tracking stats are showing incorrectly on the Customer Service Stats Dashboard and I have raised this issue with Etsy repeatedly - they keep telling me that there is a technical issue across the site that is showing despatch and tracking stats incorrectly. My stats say that I have a 55% on time despatch rate with 155 orders despatched late - this is not true! I despatch my orders either on the same day or the day after and I am always within the despatch time that I state on my shop, Etsy even sent me a message asking me to shorten my despatch times because I am consistently quicker than the time I have listed. Is anyone else having the same problem, because Etsy keep telling me it is across many customers? The email they sent has implied that my shop will be impacted if I don't improve my stats but how can I when it is their fault?

Looks like I'm not alone. For the months I was at 100% and suddenly my on-time shiiping rate dropped to 50% last month and got notice from Etsy. But I believe I never sent any order late. Some orders lost ship-by info and system expected me to send orders in same day, even I receive them in evening time after working hours. Lol. Notice also mentiones that if this bad on-time delivery rate continues my shop gets suspended !! Help Center isn't helping on this and suggested me to write in this forum. Confused...

When an order comes in the evening or early morning with a following day dispatch time. Then it is very likely that it is a same day dispatch according to the system as they work on time zones in the United States. This is why your stats for on time shipping have dropped.
If you can not adapt and send them that day, then set your processing to 1-2 days.
I have had orders come in at 5am with following day dispatch, within an hour this changed to dispatch that same day. The date actually changed on the order form whilst I was going through my emails.

What does the CSV say is wrong,
is it on time problem
is it a tracking problem
or is it a postcode problem.
....
If you want to be found in search, you have to add the legally required shop policies - Right to withdraw, and address and e-mail address in sellers details, with the trader box ticked,
it gives bump in search
and remove all healing claims
