Incoming messages from buyers

Hello everyone! I sell personalized products and customers are required to send me photos after placing an order.

For some reason, most clients do not have this opportunity, they physically do not have a button to send a photo (file), and they resort to the help of Etsy, select any reason there, and already in the NEW CHAT they send me a photo, which is very inconvenient for me and for the client.

Perhaps this is a problem on my part? Does anyone know a solution?

They can send it to your email.

They can upload photos to messages.  You can include your email address in note to buyer and ask them to upload photos there,  You can set up an email to send to them for them to upload a photo to.  Just make sure to include a need by date.

I would ask them to email photos. Photos sent through an Etsy message may be compressed, therefore lower quality than the original.
