I get a message from Etsy to write my e mail because ı get order but an error ocured. When I write my gmail adress that I use in  my Etsy account, I get a message that this username isn't valid . What should I do? I need an urgent answer.

It was a scammer who when got your email, will try to get you to put bank account and cc #'s to verify who you are, so they can steal them. Etsy already deleted their account so thats why you can't find them.

You will get sales automatically without having to give anything, and Etsy already has your email so not necessary to give that out to anyone.

You should mark it as spam, if you even can, most likely Etsy already deleted their account because:

It's a scam. 

Please read the other forum posts and announcements. 

You should have already been given a warning in your messages about not giving out your email, as Etsy doesn't need it, only scammers do. 

There's also a spot where real messages from Etsy will be found.

SCAM SCAM SCAM.Put the message in your spam folder and DO NOT REPLY.   They will next ask for your financial info--and steal you blind.

Look at your shop.  You don't have any sales.  It's a well-known scam.  Read the forum daily to keep up with what's going on.
