i recently logged into my account to answer some convos. i get a preview of the convo in the convo list, however when i click to read the full convo the page is completely blank. i have tried this on several different browsers with the same outcome. is anyone else experiencing this issue?

@backerton just checked using Firefox on Linux and we did not have any problem. Etsy has been pushing out "improvements' to the messaging system and perhaps this is a side effect. Have you tried using a different browser? And is your browser up to date?
I just experienced the same thing. I was able to answer from my phone and when I went back to the PC, it showed the complete messaging.

I have the same problem. I checked on Firefox, Safari and Chrome.
Yes, I am also. I had a customer message me on 2 different threads that he wanted to cancel his order before I got it processed. I answered the first one, canceled the order and went to answer his other message, and they are all gone. Like you said, on the preview, but you can't open it. It is the same for another canceled order, but not my other convos. Edit: I just checked and I can open it on my phone. And now both messages are together. Hopefully this is just a glitch.

I had this, too and I was able to change the "zoom" on my browser to read enough of the message in the preview to respond appropriately. After I responded both my reply and the inital message showed up. So that's another workaround if you don't have the app. I also notified Etsy through the chat for whatever that's worth.
Has anyone tried to contact Etsy?
This Seller reported a positive experience with Chat (I don't know what the issue was), but it seems like enough people are having trouble and Etsy needs to be contacted. I hope this is fixed soon for all having trouble.

Having the same problem.
Question: Is this going to count against our seller stats if we are unable to respond within Etsy's timeframe?
Seems to have corrected itself. I'm able to see my convos now.
