arnaque ?

Bonjour, je viens juste d'ouvrir ma boutique, suite à cette ouverture j'ai reçu plusieurs mails minces formant de plusieurs ventes, il fallait que je donne mon e-mail pour recevoir les adresses. N'étant pas du tout au courant de toutes ces arnaques, j'ai mis mon mail. Pouvez-vous me dire ce qu'il en est ?

De même j'ai eu un mail demandant de rentrer ma CB pour le virement du premier acheteur; 

Pouvez-vous me confirmer que tout cela est bien une arnaque ?

C'est troublant car je n'ai reçu aucun mail officiel de la part d'Etsy par ailleurs, du coup je pensais que tous étaient vrais.
Il faudrait un gros warning pour les nouveaux vendeurs, au moment où ils mettent leur boutique en ligne afin d' éviter de tomber dans le panneau.

All scams, please do no answer any of them. Etsy's system does not require any of this.

@Belleenselle: It is NOT an order - real orders will show up on your Orders & Shipping page and your Payments page.

Be sure to mark the message as SPAM so that it does not affect your stats.

There should be a big warning for new sellers when they put their store online in order to avoid falling into the trap.

There are warnings all over the site so Etsy does warn new and old sellers.  Some new sellers don't always read or pay attention to them.

Pareil, je viens d'ouvrir ma boutique et je me suis faite avoir, j'ai renseigné mon adresse mail et je me suis tout de suite méfiée quand ils m'ont demandé de renseigner mes coordonnées bancaires. 

Je ne sais pas quel impact le fait d'avoir donner mon adresse mail peut avoir ... si quelqu'un a une idée ?

En gros je reçois des mails de "etsy support" toutes les 5 minutes, c'est insupportable ... 

Je pense déjà à fermer ma boutique tellement c'est relou, en plus c'est inquiétant
