My star seller status is indicating that two orders are missing tracking, but the completed orders section of my seller dashboard has tracking. Can someone please help me get this updated in star seller?
What does the CSV say? Were they in transit after posting? Did you have the post office scan the item? The carrier? Was it shipped within processing time frame?
Since others seem to be having similar issues there may also be a glitch going on with USPS. I think they did maintenace recently. And it might not be interfacing right with Etsy.
You can't get the star seller changed but if you see the tracking is showing in transit, contact Etsy to have them update the system.
