if you a new shop, many scammers will target your account- they will want you to email them directly, I tried to see if I could purchase, but you are in UK, and do not ship to USA. You need to reach out to Etsy help directly- the forums are only other Etsy shops- and can not fix anything from here. Good luck.
We have the exact same issue. UK, brand new shop, fully verified and open, Etsy Payments ready to go... yet no customer can check out because of this "All payment methods for this shop are temporarily unavailable" message. We are getting messages from buyers asking when we can accept orders again because they can't check out and Etsy live chat just can't resolve it!
@TruffleAndSnout Your shop is missing the payment method icons from the homepage which usually indicates that there is a problem with your payment methods. Has your bank account been verified? Has your identity been verified? Check in your shop manager. You will need to contact Etsy support directly (Shop manager > Help > Contact us). If you can send screenshots of your missing icons or the checkout page that might help.
If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
@FrankiesFindingsShop I checked your shop and when I put something in my basket I could see that all payment methods are available. So either it's a scam (which is the most likely scenario), or Etsy fixed it already. There was a big website outage yesterday evening.
