etsy not reply my emails last 2 month and not open my shop my shop pout on. vacation mode etsy not work properly 20 around emails i am send to etsy but team not reply me any thing all so appeal submit appeal 3 time etsy not reply any were my sale is down because i have no sale last 2 month etsy said (Your shop has been placed in temporary Holiday Mode to help you manage your current orders or give you time to verify your seller or business info. While you can’t receive new orders right now, you can still edit listings or draft new ones.). all watches is delivered some watch show in transit i am send the message to customers confirm everything customers said watch is delivered now if the team is work properly so he seen my customers reply

do not keep sending new e-mails/logs,

as the previous one will be closed, and the new one put to the bottom of the pile

go to the log that is still open, and attach to it that you still need help, do that once a day

Have you verified your seller info, did you send what info Etsy needs to them?

You need to reply to the same Help Request, not start a bunch of them.
