New functionality, all orders for which I have set 1-2 days ready to dispatch do not have an estimated delivery time at all. This is a very interesting error, because it only appeared for this setting. What is more interesting - if there is no estimated delivery time
Maybe this will encourage etsy support to check where this error came from.
I will add that the estimated delivery time is visible for every product in my store that has 1-3 days dispatch time. Additionally, I reported this bug to support and as always
We’re aware of this situation and our teams have identified that the launch of Processing Profiles on May 21 caused an issue that resulted in processing time details being removed for a small percentage of listings. We have sent an email with the information about this issue to all sellers on June 5, 2025. Additional details are also available here.
I see a suggested delivery frame on the ones I looked at. Check the link above to see if any of your listings may need fixed.
I *just* received an email from "Etsy Sellers" entitled "review your processing times after a recent issue" that covers this. Essentially, they're rolling everything back to the shipping profiles as of May 20.
Hope that helps! It feels like there's been something amiss for longer than that but take what we can get?
Check your shop dashboard ... there was a RED notification there telling me I had to update my shipping information because Etsy has disabled the processing feature until it can get fixed. Everyone should be getting an email from Etsy about it ... I just got mine about 20-mins ago.
I just got this message about 30 minutes ago. I find it amusing as I have had noting listed for well over a month.
Apparently there's another glitch. Don't you just love it when new features do not work. Etsy needs better pre launch testing and to stop using so much AI. A recent research story showed not one AI was capable of completing most tasks given to them. The AIs even lied about it!
You recently heard from us about "processing profiles ," a new feature that lets you add processing times for your listing variations.
Unfortunately, an issue with this new feature caused processing time details to be removed from some listings. This means that for a small percentage of listings, buyers were not seeing estimated delivery dates and “Ship By” dates were missing in Shop Manager. We know how important this information is so we’ve temporarily turned off Processing Profiles while we troubleshoot.
We'll update you as soon as Processing Profiles are back and working as intended.
In the meantime we've restored your listing processing times to the settings you had in your shipping profiles as of May 20. We kindly ask you to review your shipping settings to confirm they still align with your shop’s current processing times. With this change, your buyers should now see accurate estimated delivery dates and you’ll see “Ship By" dates in your Orders & Shipping page.
We’re truly sorry for any disruption or confusion this may have caused. Please feel free to reach out to Etsy Support with any questions you might have.
Best regards,
The Etsy team
@TBQSC I haven't received an email from Etsy in years. Only about replies to support communications. Where in the dashboard is the red banner. I don't see it.
If you don't have it on your dashboard top, then maybe your listings are not affected. Maybe Etsy is only sending the email to affected accounts? Check your shipping profiles and ensure they are reflecting the correct info, just in case.
@TBQSC I received the email a few minutes ago, but I have no red banner. I am presuming none of my listings are affected by the glitch.
I received the email but don't have the red banner however I do have missing estimated delivery dates on many of my recent sales and now we know that the missing EDD was caused by the new processing profiles Etsy released recently.
In any case everyone should check their shipping profiles regardless of whether the were affected by the glitch because Etsy just now reinstated the old shipping profiles for all shops and that's what they are asking us to check.
I think this email has gone out to all sellers.
@KanjaniCraft I got no email

I read the email and reviewed my shipping profiles, the majority of my shop uses the same profile. However on some items, once it is in the shopping cart, the expected delivery date shows the same date no matter the delivery method (First class vs Priority vs Priority Express).
Example of expected delivery dates: First Class (June 12-16), Priority (June 12-16), Priority Express (June 12-16).
I reapplied the shipping profile and it still is not correct.
Sometimes it works best to create brand new shipping profiles ... you can use the same info (same ship services / prices / etc.) but by recreating new profiles, it seems to kick out the glitches causing the errors in the first place. Hope it works for you ... good luck!
