Zero views and visits- technical issue?

Hi everyone 

for the last 3 days, I have had zero views and visit when I check on PC but if I check on my mobile phone(no on the app) I can see my visits and views, Does Anybody experience the same technical issue?

As of Thursday last week, my sales and views plummeted as well.  It was very unusual considering the previous days, so I looked into it as well.  There are several threads discussing technical issues regarding checkout and signing in.  It seems you are not the only one in this predicament.   According to other forum posts, Etsy technicians are working on the issue, but sales are still incredibly slow today.

I haven't had a sale for three days straight now (not normal for my shop). I first noticed there was a glitch with my dashboard. Others have reported glitches site wide as well. Hopefully things get resolve soon. Frustrated is an understatement for me lol haha

@lovedeanjax That sounds exactly like my situation.  I noticed the dashboard/stats made no sense at all and then everything came to a halt.  It is beyond frustrating.  I hope for all our sake that it's fixed soon as well.  It's tough enough to get sales this time of year without these technical issues.

I have had 50 visits today with only 5 views on my stats which is unusual for me. I thought maybe views were lagging behind.

I took a look at all of yours shops and the amount of sales you all have, I would say that there is a major glitch in

the system. This has effected a lot of shops for a while now. I am really new but I have been watching my stats pretty

Closely and they have not been making any since to me. I haven't had a sell since October. It has to be a glitch.

Your products are gorgeous and you have accomplished a lot of sales. For it all to just stop means there is a

glitch in the system. I feel the BOTs that Etsy has been using, has played a big part in this.

I hope Etsy gets it fixed and every ones sells pick back up.

This is happened to me as well. I have 0 views across the board on my computer Etsy, but in the Etsy app, I see views and correct stats. I’ve also not sold any cameras for a few days now which is also very strange for my shop
