on my star seller leading upto February that I’m not quite there yet , it states I did not reply to a message on December 29th , I did reply the same day within a few hours
please help

We've double-checked the message affecting your Star Seller, and we can confirm the buyer sent you a Help Request message. However, if appears that you've responded to the buyer via normal messaging. Please know that when a buyer reaches out via the Help With Order request, a new thread will be created which needs a response independently.
These types of message threads need to be responded to in 24 hours to be counted positively toward your Star Seller score. New threads will now have notification badges showing if a message is a buyer’s first time contacting you, or a new help with an order request. For more information about this, you may check out the Message Response rate section in this Help Article.

We can't actually do anything here, this is a sellers forum,
if you download the csv, it will show the message,
did they send you two, and you only replied to one?
or did you miss one?
I have been Star Seller for a few months now but a bad review which I tried to rectify with the customer who wouldn't communicate with me has put paid to that. I was unhappy at the time but I've moved on. As I analysed my sales with Star Seller status nothing had changed no 'bolt from the blue' no 'fanfare' and No increased sales. So my advice would be just keep going, although S.S feels great and your work has been acknowledged it doesn't really make alot of difference in the long run. Your situation is unfair but just keep going, tommorrow is another creative day.
