Etsy funnelling to Shopify stopped

Hi All,

I've had both platforms merged for a while now, all of a sudden, my Etsy store no longer funnels to shopify

this is now creating havoc with my stock levels and my patience.

Can anyone point me in a direction please?

Can I ask, how did you merge them? You must have used some app of some sort?

ETA: If you did, the app might have been disconnected for some reason.

Neither platform supports that on their own, so look at your Shopify apps and see if one needs an update or isn't supported any more.

Sounds like your integration has unlinked itself. I don't know the back-end of Shopify that well, you might have to contact their support to fix it. Etsy are infamous for being useless at this sort of thing and it can take over a week to resolve if at all. When you log into your Shopify dash there should be some kind of banner or warning symbol or something. If there's nothing like that and no way you can reconnect without making everything chaos, get into support. I've heard good things about their CS.
