You have been Blocked

Good morning. I hope that you are well. 

I have been trying to access etsy from both my phone and laptop this morning and is its saying on both, you have been blocked. Something about click speed being too fast etc... Is anyone else experiencing issues?

Here we go with more insanity….went to log on to Etsy this morning and I’VE BEEN BLOCKED! It says something about the browser caught their attention. On both Safari and Google Chrome. I have no choice but to use the seller app. The app needs updating, but I’m concerned that if I update, I’ll be blocked there, too. I made a purchase last week so I’m not sure if I’m blocked as both a buyer and a seller. WTAH is going on with this site? Now I’m worried that my delivered sales will be refunded. ETSY FIX THIS!!

Edited to add that I didn’t realize this was so widespread and that there were other threads….posting was my kneejerk reaction….sorry.

Lots of posts on X about it too. Seems to be down site-wide. Just had a customer trying to checkout a custom link I sent and the ‘you are blocked’ message also came up for her. So yay happy Monday

I just had the same, on all my devices and browsers.

THE FIX:

Run a scan on your computer

Clear cookies & Cache

Restart device 

All fixed, you may have to solve a puzzle to prove you are not a robot

@DivineCrossings  I think I just lost 10 lbs. in a matter of minutes.   Etsy should give us a boost in sales for the sweat-wrenching moment!

Bonjour, ma boutique etsy est bloquée, je ne sais pas du tout pourquoi, je n'ai reçu aucun mail, c'est directement sur le site, je ne peux plus voir ma boutique etc...

Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution

This just came up on my store saying i have been blocked, haven't had any issues and sales still coming in, app is still working fine, it just the website so i can't print labels out

I just had the same thing. Probably a bug.

Same here. Just finished printing order labels, went to switch to dashboard and now I am blocked. Same on a different web browser, app is still letting me use it.
