Waiting on government Document Review

I recently changed to an LLC and have been trying to make proper changes to my Etsy shop for over 2 months. After trying many things to have my change be accepted and failing, I was asked to upload government documents. I have done so and now have been waiting over 2 weeks for a verification that said (in notification after upload) was only to take 2-5 days. Currently at the top of my Legal and tax information page there is a red box that says "Verify your business information to sell on Etsy We had trouble verifying the info you provided. Upload a copy of government-issued business verification document to submit your details for review" Even though I have already done this. When I scroll down to where this document was uploaded it says "Your document has been submitted for review We'll look it over and be in touch soon (usually within 2-5 business days). We may reach out if we need more details. Keep in mind: Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode until we can verify your info.

I have tried to email for help but I keep getting an automated response that gets me no where. I am not given the option to "chat" or "request call" . This is extremely frustrating and I am sure I am missing out on sales.

Can somebody please help me with this?

If you got a reply, send it back that you need more help.  Etsy always sends a generic reply at first.  Don't send in multiple emails.  

It appears it is taking longer than expected for such confirmation to happen.

You don't have your location listed which is required so can't say what your particular location may need for Etsy.

Make sure all forms of name match on bank and LLC documents.
