Hello, I am having a couple of technical problems.
1. My shipping rate has dropped, so I pulled the spreadsheet to verify. What I found on the spreadsheet are quite a few bogus dates for my shipping in the Tracking/label date column. The correct date was not captured. The date on the spreadsheet shows 12/31/1969 for over 10 transactions. I am not sure where this date comes from? Please help me...
2. A few of my customers are having issues in the area of giving a 5 star review. I have message notes from a customer stating that she tried multiple times to give our shop a 5 star review and her review was switched back to a 4 star review. She was never able to give that 5 star review. Why would this happen?
We are at the end of the month and we are in need of desperate help.

Kindly know that we are currently looking into the problem as to why the On-time shipping CSV shows that some orders have a tracking date added on 12/31/1969. Our engineering team is working on resolving it as quickly as possible. We've also noticed that this issue is only happening on some shipping labels that were purchased on Etsy. Please be assured that these orders won't affect your Star Seller.
On the other hand, in regards to the issue about the problem of leaving a 5-star review. We strongly recommend that your buyer contact us directly. This way, we will be able to check their account and assist them further.

I understand it to be some people with an Android phone that is not updated.. the most they can leave is a 4*. ( I think we all have some of those customers-lol)
I have an iPhone and am able to leave 5* just fine.

The processing date and all the dates associated are incorrect. The packages were purchased on 9/25 and shipped 9/26. I have my listings set to 1 to 5 days, but the spreadsheet has it as having to go out the next day which I did.
Also, some of the tracking numbers are showing pre-transit, but when you look inside the order it gives tracking details. I even have one where the customer gave a review, but it is still showing up as pre-transit.
@AlkebulanLifestyle: There are *issues* with the entire system - we have several orders that the CSV says are shipped and the order shows tracking and delivery but has a status of 'pre transit', and the two that the CSV says have no tracking show 'in transit' on the order. Additionally, AfterShip (Etsy's third party tracking vendor) seems to have had issues with some orders since about the 22nd based on some other threads.
I spoke with tech and it seems that they are working on it. This is stranger than strange. This is an issue that can definitely affect someone's status.
The issue that you are having seems to be similar if not the same as mine. They have been alerted and are possibly going to fix it.
Very interesting about the 4 star rating using android phones. I'm sure that ETSY cannot distinguish when someone has used an android to leave a review. And I'll be willing to bet they won't discount the review when calculating Star Seller stats.

How am I supposed to know what type of equipment the buyer was using when making their review? I'm not inclined to bother them about it after the fact. My time is valuable and I'm not going to waste any of theirs. It is ridiculous to ask that I contact a buyer and ask them to contact ETSY about a rating.
