I have two delayed shipping issues. I let the customers know ahead of time that with the hurricane and the nature of what I do (plants), that orders were going to be delayed as I did not know when they were going to be shipped, but I was not going to do it directly before the storm as I did not want them dying in the mail, and I was busy making preparations.
They were ok with this, I changed shipping dates, but it still flagged me as late on my orders. I live in Venice and we were hit hard. Power came back on today, I lost most of my stock, but had the orders set aside in the garage so they will go out, but otherwise I lost most of my business, as I lost most of my live plants and stock as EVERYTHING was ripped out.
So I know this "ding" seems little but not to me. I want it gone. I have seeds that I lovingly collected, that I still want to send. I also was flagged as having replied to a message after 24 hours (pre storm), I checked time stamp, this is not true, I responded the next morning. I would like this as fixed as well.
I am a new seller but I have sold a lot of orders for my cause, and tons of research has gone into this. Now a lot of my research has been wiped out, so I am bummed and bummed about my perfect score going bye bye.
