Whats wrong with etsy

Yeah i know many will have this problem

But you can not seem to do anything as a seller, you get straight the 400 bad request

Cant add new listing, can''t look anywhere, cause many have this 400 bad request.

And no etsy it is not our fault

Also since a week or 2 etsy app, but also etsy itself doesn't show anymore that you sell anything.

You gotta refresh your page, but then again if you do this, you get the 400 bad request....

How we/me suppose to do my work if i can not see anything?

And yeah cache cleared and so on...

Please Etsy before trying to tinker the looks try to fix the bugs first, the orange/lila combination makes no sence, since the app is blue, and orange is long gone....

But nevertheless........

I wanna be able to complete or even start my orders...

I had this problem:  ''Too many requests'' and then something, something ''400.''

If this is what you are getting it is a problem which can only be fixed by your Internet provider.  They have to change the IP number.

That is what worked for me.

Can not change my ip adres/number since i am from the netherlands this is fixed and not able to change it

I'm not having any issues. App and website work fine and I am on etsy a lot, every day. My app updates with orders. Are you using the new sell on etsy app? Have you/or do you need to update your phone?

What browser are you using?  Is your phone android or apple?

I am basicly half of the day at least on etsy. twinkering myself, or at least trying to. On my phone i only have this to have it,  dont work on it, and i have android, it worked nicely untill a week or 2-3 ago, now nothing comes tru. No messages, no orders nothing, tried to install it again but nothing helps. i use 2 browsers, edge and chrome, both doing it. It is a pain, if start to make a new listig, and when you done, you wanna safe it, and then you get the 400 bug...

I've had this issue lately too.  Only on Chrome, only with Etsy.  I have to log out and clear my browser, seems to lasts for about 2 days, then it happens again.  How will our Buyers know what is going on?  You're right - it's something Etsy needs to fix.

yeah i have it on each browser. It is not on my end, i clear every time, but it is only working for few mins and then again... I dont get dozen of orders, but even the few i wish i was able to see, or complete it.

I am glad you shared this @PillowDetails  - having the same issue. Clearing my browser on repeat. Seems, anytime I ever have a problem it is only with Etsy. Other websites load perfectly fine. Other platforms I have sold on in the past and current - never any issues. Only with Etsy. Photos won't load, error messages and more. What gives Etsy?!

@PillowDetails  I have been having the same issue, if I leave my screen on "messages".   I use Brave as my browser, iMac Ventura 13.5.1 
I do not clear my cache either and it only happens on Etsy.   I have multiple windows open at the same time and there are no issues elsewhere.

I will see what happens today and leave my screen open to my "desktop"

Makes you wonder if it's an issue between etsy and certain internet providers/router issues/software. 

Of course etsy won't have a clue because they never do--have you contacted your internet provider as they can often see potential issues. I know a few years back, my ISP had an issue allowing service users access to certain social media websites due to their firewall settings in the router hub.

Well have to ask hubby to do that for me, thanks for answer tho. It started basicly after etsy tinkered for the square pictures if i think about it. I had square ones from the start, but got the bug for free. They indeed dont have a clue, alltho i would think after 1.3 years ob etsy, i should have had this problem then before, since there isnt anything new

Oh - also wanted to mention - it doesn't happen when I use an incognito window - and it doesn't happen when I use other browsers besides Chrome.

When they said to update to the newest version of Chrome about a year ago, did you update?

I just checked, and I'm up-to-date.  I think mine does it automatically.
