Help Digital Files are not able to upload

Hi.  I am new to selling with Etsy.  I want to sell Embroidery Design Files, that I create.  When I go to upload the files, it tells me that the files are not supported.  What am I doing wrong?

What format are the files?

You can only use the following: 

• .bmp
• .doc
• .gif
• .jpeg
• .jpg
• .mobi
• .mov
• .mp3
• .mpeg
• .pdf
• .png
• .psp
• .rtf
• .stl
• .txt
• .zip
• .ePUB
• .iBook

File names are limited to 70 alphanumeric characters, periods, underscores, or hyphens.

And files need to be below 20mb.

She is making SVG files so I assume that's what she is trying to sell. I don't have those, but I have seen others selling them. OK I looked at other shops, and they are selling SVGs in zip format sometimes along with a PDF or JPG file. Zip is a compressed format . You can get WInzip for free , do a search.

The files I need to upload are Embroidery Machine files.  For example JEF, and DTS.

You will have to put JEF and DTS files in a ZIP folder to send it. Zip is an approved file type with Etsy.
